I have been sending forks and shocks to TF regularly since 2005, when the legendary Tim Flookes convinced me to change the air shock and fork on my 04 Enduro to coil vanilla's. Always had really good, faultless service.

My 2013 Reba Solo Air's were last serviced by them summer 15 and on last wed's night ride they lost a load air between negative and positive chambers. Called them up, stripped fork off bike at weekend, it was picked up from work by courier Monday, returned yesterday, refitted and ridden last night - good as new. A blown seal, minimal charge to cover couriers, instant service.

Big thumbs up to Ruth and Dave at TF Tuned 🙂

Funnily enough just had my CCDBA serviced by Dave today at TF. Some fairly major work required, but friendly phone call to explain the issues and it's been turned around in a day - top company to do business with.

I've also been sending Shocks to TF since about 2002, the 5th Element Shock on my Trusty Bullit used to Blow its guts out roughly every 3 Months. Eventually i had it shim stacked and then not long after it became a bit obsolete so i Sold it on.

Never had a bad experience with them, I've sometimes driven past and waited while they have fettled both Shock & Fork while the bike has been fully built up. Had My Float X Push tuned as well as my FOX 36's Before the Alps last year. Great service and very friendly, I like how you can speak to the guy that serviced your kit and whils't hes talking you can hear him tinkering away with some one else's suspension.

I sent a shock from my Canyon Strive for a service as it didn't feel right. It ended up badly worn internally and as it was only 5 months old T F T sent back to Fishers for warranty. Brand new shock for me with a small charge and minimal hassle. Pikes are in for a FAST damper upgrade as we speak. Always had great service from them.

Yep, me too, not cheap but worth every penny. Last time I used them everything from the website, the personal contact to the actual work done was spot on. They could be a case study of how to do things properly.

Yep, me too. Used them a couple of times and they've been great. The parcel collection system through their website, whilst a little more expensive, is excellent as well.

they are excellent

we had a problem with finding a suitable courier to handle shocks due to royal mail's 'restrictions' and TF took care of the entire pick up and delivery with no fuss

Was very impressed when my DTswiss twinshots died - turned out it was a warranty issue and had the forks back incredibly quick despite living in Ireland.

Thumbs up from me.

Esher Sore, Thats a good point Actually re their courier service, It is Expensive to send a pair of forks Roayal Mail especially when they are about £750 quids worth to insure, Works out more costly than the courier route,

Just one to consider if you are using them, I sent mine off last year and i think it was £30 with insurance Royal Mail route, I opted for NO Insurance about £12 and they took a week to turn up........ I was flapping like wind sock. Next time i will definately use the courier route.

Ruth, if you are reading this these are the forks with so much parcel tape on the box you couldn't get into it 😀

Always have good service from them too.

As an aside, is there any way of having a lowers 'service kit' for forks that includes more than one set of foam washers, plus crush washers alongside the new fork seals? I always seem to need a new pair of foam washers long before I need to change the seals.

Always a favourite with the packing department! 😀

Ruth

Edit - re. Spare foams & crush washers - of course, just call us to order & we'll sort you some extra spares to go in the standard kit
