I bought a bag from Bridgestreet in September 2014. It's served me very well, but 10,000 or so miles of commuting have taken their toll slightly and the bag is looking a bit worse for wear (but still perfectly serviceable and watertight). I emailed them asking about repairs, and was told to return it (at no cost to me) and they would send me a replacement FOC. Top notch and totally unexpected 🙂
