homemade baked beans with spinach and 3 poached eggs. ibreakfast's rock!!

1 cup of chocolate soy milk
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup of oats
1 tbl spoon of peanut butter
1 frozen banana
All in a blender and drink it, healthy fats, low GI carbs, protein, and super tasty!!

+1. Had a go with that stuff for the whole increase in power thing. Loads of mates told me horror stories of how disgusting it was and how they'd vommed after drinking it. I quite liked it.
