Ok,apart from a full English what is the most filling nutritious breakfast in the world EVER?
Porridge with banana and maple syrup for cycling.
homemade baked beans with spinach and 3 poached eggs. ibreakfast's rock!!
1 cup of chocolate soy milk
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup of oats
1 tbl spoon of peanut butter
1 frozen banana
All in a blender and drink it, healthy fats, low GI carbs, protein, and super tasty!!

All fried up in extra virgin olive oil.
coconut oil, I swear by it before a ride, so much slow release energy.

Porridge, honey or maple syrup and some belgian or white chocolate melted into it.... microwaved 4 mins.
I find porridge made with milk / water, dried fruit and honey is really good.
Some of that healthy stuff sounds utterly rank...
Double egg chips and beans. Preferably served up by the legendary Ballinluig Motor Grill en route to tackle some big jaggy mountains 😉
Half a Soreen with a large strong coffee. The other half of Soreen when I get back with a pint of milk. Yum!

+1. Had a go with that stuff for the whole increase in power thing. Loads of mates told me horror stories of how disgusting it was and how they'd vommed after drinking it. I quite liked it.
