I've recently bought and installed a Brand X Ascend 120mm dropper to a Bossnut (2020 model). I need to insert the post pretty much all the way in the seat tube to the collar. The Bossnut has a tube internally traversing across the seat tube (this is what actually limits how far down the post can be inserted) which is part of the rear sus pivot.. The cable needs to pass in front of this tube. This is how I've installed it at the moment and seems to be working OK but the cable outer has to make a bit of a kink in order to fit in the activation mechanism.
To my question... is there a way I could reverse the orientation of activation mech by 180 degrees? This would straighten the cable routing to the mech. I've looked at various videos on maintaining this dropper but nothing that might cover this.
