Not mine - friends wife’s

Bought and stored in the down position - now won’t extend. How do we sort it before she finds out?

Is the speed adjuster full fast? If it is give it a bleed and see if you can pop it up. If you can then once its up do a full bleed again.

Check the seat post clamp isn't over tightened. Check air pressure is correct and bleed the hydraulic line.

Most likely needs a bleed - it should have cane with the kit and some fluid.

Sell the bike to a shorter person.

I'd be very surprised if one of the above suggestions doesn't fix it. Check air first, then put adjuster to full slow before bleeding.

As above, in order of pressure, clamp torque, bleed. One of mine when new lost a bit of air but since then has never lost any at all. It's now all but totally ****ed from general abuse, so no idea why it lost pressure then and never again.

Hopefully the above will sort it... but I'm struggling here on someone buying a reverb for someone they love. (and failing that.. being the person has to fix it every time it throws it's toys out of the pram because its cold or damp or wrong type of leaves on the track?)

If you check the pressure with the post fully compressed then make sure you check it again when its fully extended as thats when the 250psi pressure should be achieved.
