Hi there.
I'm after some replacement pads for my shimano slx M666 and my Shimano RS505 brakes. I've always used Superstars Kevlar pads and been happy with them. But they seem to have stopped doing pads now. Does anyone know of an alternative? I'm too tight to pay originals.
Cheers in advance.
Disco pads are good, but TBH OE Shimano pads are only 25p more.

Rahox, Best I've used. Wasn't impressed with the Disco's I bought for hope E4's
Never had a problem with the Uberbike Race Matrix. Run them in all our brakes
Try Uber bike their Matrix pads are fantastic
liked the Rahox pads but they are a bit spendy, use uber race pads now. Always stock up when they have code offeres
Has anyone tried the Uber Kevlar pads? I’m on the superstar Kevlars but am running out. My common sense tells me they are probably the same pad manufactured in the same warehouse but you never know.
I've been using uber kevlars in my formula brakes, and yep, they're either from teh same factory or they're so close to make no difference. Very good.
I wasn't happy with racematrix's consistency/lack of power in harder longer use but when they worked they were absolutely fantastic, bit of a shame. The kevlars aren't as good at best but they're always good whether it's dusty uplifts or kinlochleven snow-enduro
I've used either superstar Kevlar or Rahox over the last few years with the latter being best but dearer.
RS505 will be more difficult I think - certainly if you want the finned ones.
Uber had the RS685 (which fit one of my bikes) but not the RS805 (as 505) I need for the other (at least I couldn’t find them).
Ended up ordering stock Shimanos from Wiggle.
