yes, but you'll lose 3mm of braking surface where the pad is too far out from the hub.
On my brakes theat's about a third of the pad area so you'll lose a lot of efficiency.

Seems to depend on the individual bits, especially if you are mixing brands. I'm running a 185 rotor with a 180 adapter and the alignment is ok, much better than it was with a 180 rotor.
