1. I have a have another set of brake with a longer one. Can you swap an old one over? If so how hard is it?
2. To lbs to fit new one, any idea on cost? For standard one.

If the brakes are the same then swapping should be easy, if not you will need fittings and a new length of hose + full bleed.
