Evening
I changed the pads on my bike yesterday( Sram Rival Hydraulic disc ) and the new pads are binding a bit.
Do I just ride until they wear down a bit?
Could I open a bleed port and squirt a smidge of fluid out, so the pistons can go back further?
Could I sand the pads a smidge?
I have no special tools, so if I open the bleed port, am I likely to get air in there?

Cheers

If you open a bleed port, do it on the lever, not on the caliper, as it's the highest point in the system, so if you do draw air in, then it's easy to purge it out.

Pads are pushed back as far as they can go.
Will bare in mind to use lever if I let fluid out.
