I want to increase the rotot size on the front of my brothers bike to a 203mm and he's running Rockshox Sektor RLs. So I'm pretty sure it's a PM fork and I think the Juicy 3's are IS so am I right in wanting a PM-IS-F203 (Type 5) from Superstars?

http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=57&products_id=359

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers,
John.

No, that fits a PM caliper to an IS frame. Superstar don't look like they sell such an adapter.

You may have to search a bit for one. Your best bet may be Hope, as they did a lot of IS calipers.

I doubt the Juicys are IS, mine certainly weren't - I think you want a 203mm PM to PM adapter (Type 8 )

Pic below shows a Juicy on a PM fork - the PM to PM adapter just goes in between, pushed the caliper back to accommodate the bigger rotor.

If they are IS mount calipers:
Here you are, http://clee-cycles.co.uk/esite/P1043/product

There's an old thread on here with the same sort of question, including a pitfall of the Hope bracket in that it increases the required rotor size by 20mm

Thank you gents, I think you might be right that it's a post mount.
