The 76 Projects piggy / little piggy are good. I've got a little piggy and the dry bag which easily holds a tube, levers, brake pads, quick links, and a multitool.

Syncros IS accessory mount with a tailor tool bottle cage and side mount.

Lezyne do a cage with a little tool box on the end that holds a multi-tool, CO2 head, quicklink and patches, you can also strap 2 CO2 cannisters to the outside of it. I've got it on my MTB and for the cash it's ace.

+1 for 76projects - I've one on both the gravel and mtb. The only down side Ive found is that it takes a little time to get into the bag/s. Undo strap, undo bag etc. So I have a headtube based multi tool for quick jobs and keep the tube and repair paraphernalia in the bag.

Don’t Specialized do a Zee bottle holder with tool?

Or any bottle cage and a One-up pump
