[Closed] Bottle cage for top tube bottle mounts

I've been trying to find a solution so I can securely carry a bottle on the bottle bosses on the underside of the top tube on my Starling Murmur. I have tried a basic bottle cage and the bottle would fly straight out. I have also tried the Specialized Zee cage, which is better and allows me to do some more tame riding with the bottle in place, but as soon as the going gets rough, out comes the bottle. So, anyone found a solution? I'm not keen to strap the bottle in place, as ideally I'd want to be able to use it whilst on the move.
