You know, the ones that go over the pedal axel before you screw it into the crank.

I need some, and I thought I'd nip into a local hardware emporium, or Halfords, to see if they had anything that would work.

Can anyone help with the size (inner and outer diameter)?

the thread is a nominal 9/16" IIRC.

Actually, I've done you a favour and measured some - 14.1mm according to my "very nears".

I doubt you'll get as "slim" a washer as is sold in LBS at a hardware shop.

14.1mm is the inner diameter I assume? And by 'slim', do you mean the difference between the inner and outer diameter, or the thickness of the washer itself?
