Looking to get a new fork, seen a good price on a boost version, but would need to adapt my wheel (Pro 2 hub)

The below seems to do the trick

https://www.xcracer.com/shop/viewproduct.php?productid=447

Any better options for the price?

The hope one for a front wheel works well. End caps that fit and all goes together properly, costs less than say a wolf tooth one, (though now than the cheap washer types).
I wouldn't look anywhere else in your case.

Yeah, I use the Hope one, does the job nicely, but does require a wheel dish.

The one above requires no dishing, but those little spacers will fall off every time you remove a wheel. How annoying that will be depends on how often you remove a wheel.

If there are adaptors for you hubs then use those rather than generic ones.

Generic ones work fine but the spacers can be fiddly

Not as cheap but the MRP Better Boost kit is a well made fit and forget set up. You get proper end caps for each side so no need to redish the wheel.

MRP quote max rotor size of 185mm (as do others with the disc spacers) but the Hope one doesn't require a disc spacer (although does require wheel re-dishing) and so can use a 200/203mm rotor.

Get the Hope one and re-dish 5mm, the spokes have better and more equal angle and tension thus stronger. Available in torque cap as well. I've done it, so can recommend.
Less than a tenner if you only need the driveside one, perfect, the two loose spacer options are a PITA and could void warranty.
Hope make this stuff for their hubs, other companies don't even bother, gotta respect that.

Will I need new spokes to re-dish the wheel?

Not likely.
Those redishes are generally really small, like a quarter or half a turn of the nipples.

Have a Boostinator on my rear wheel, it was a quarter turn tightening on one side and a quarter turn loosening on the other

I got a set of mt zoom ones off eBay for a tenner I think. Only problem is they are red and don't match my bike!!

Ha, just clicked the link in the op, those are the ones I got.

About half a milli spoke difference on a spoke calculator, re-dish should be fine.
But more than a 1/4 turn in my experience.
