I had a day with Jedi last year and he managed to get my wheels leaving the ground, which had never happened before! I did the southern enduro last week and whilst I was happy leaving the ground I realised I am dreadful at berms / downhill corners, constantly leaving my rear brake dragging and zero confidence!

So brief chat with him this morning and I have got another's days coaching lined up! Really excited about how riding is going to progress!

Sorry just a bit excited and wanted to share!

Enjoy I am sure it will be great and leave you grinning again. As a FWIW (not much 😉 ) when I did my session I asked him to focus on single track riding skills, berms etc as I do that much more often when out riding. I did get my wheels off the ground a bit and have improved since but that wasn't my focus

Jedi gives you skills you never knew you had. Going to see him is the reason I'm with my (unknown to me at the time) girlfriend. (Really!)

Oh, and I can do jumps and drops and berms betterer now too.

How much can you learn in a day from one of these sessions if your a fairly competent rider..
I cant manual and I don't do massive jumps.. downhill, berms I'm faster more confident than all my mates.

Loads Goldigger, you'll pick up loads and loads. It's a great experience and totally tailored to you as a rider. Give him a ring and talk it through. Best MTB money I've ever spent my time with Tony.

He has an exceptional ability to critique your current riding and in a few really simple phrases explain what you need to do differently to improve! It is clear he isn't following a formulaic British cycling accredited script! Iam a teacher, and without doubt Tony is one of the most naturally gifted teachers I have ever come across!

I am planning on racing enduro next year (as opposed to surviving this year :-), looking at the cost of upgrades that could make me faster a day with Tony is cheap and definitely will make me faster!

Good advice on the focus Jamba, last time I just wanted to leave the ground but this time I am after flow/speed!

@Gooddigger, you will get loads out of a session. Tony coaches all levels and his facility is unrivalled (any where in Europe / World ?). Its the best money you will ever spend on your biking imho.

I've been twice, once for skills and once for jumps.

Both have totally changed my riding.

Practising after really boosts your confidence and you hear him in your head when you are off flow pointing you back !
