Hi, has anyone Read the book in the title, and more interestingly actually set up their bike according to the book?

and how did it go and was the process worth while ?

(Interested in actual hands on experience of the book and the results rather than hearsay and opinions)

Thanks

I’d be interested too.  If you jump on the trainer road forum or podcast there’s a recent video with Lee in it.  The TR guys spent a day with him and were raving over the change in technique.    He has a website - Lee Likes Bikes - where everything is chargeable to access.

Personally I didn’t get on with his personality in the video - he came across as a bit of a hippy IMO and is promoting the RipMo - but he does have credentials, and I’ll be trying out at least one of his techniques which appeared useful for my riding style when I get back on a bike soon.

Kryton57 :  Yes I had seen that and found it interesting and looked at his website as well , some of the free stuff is useful and I have used his Handle Bar with calculator (which came out around the same as what I felt comfortable with) so interested in the rest of his setup methodology.

I think with his personalty he is just a straight talker and quite relaxed but I found him quite likeable.
