I know there's a lot of uncertainty with foreign travel at the mo, but if you're thinking of taking your bike abroad when this is all over it might be a good idea to book your flights as EasyJet have reduced the cost of adding your bike from £90 to 99p each way... and your hold bags are also 99p. I'm sure there's plenty of riding holiday companies that could do with your support with future bookings!

It's there after you've selected a flight/seat. It's only on offer till Friday

I'm also booked with a bike and hold luggage for August, am tempted to try for a refund and rebook for a quick £100

I doubt if they'll let you change your booking now, but get in touch and see. I got told about it and when I went to book a flight it came up with those costs to add a bike or bag.

I booked over the weekend for a rescheduled trip to Finale in October. A nice surprise, and absolute bargain...hopefully!

Works for existing flights as well.

Just added 23kg for wife and I and cost £3.96. Makes up a little for the extra £250 for Greece flights from early May to September.

I did see this. Do you reckon you can amend an existing booking to delete bike and baggage and then add back in.

Nice one, just added some extra luggage for a trip to Iceland at the end of June. Even if we don't get to go, the extra £1.98 is insignificant.

Popped up on my easyJet app, I booked a random trip (cancelling before payment) and it worked perfectly.

Shame the situation with flights and holidays is still far too uncertain to really make it worthwhile at the moment!

They're obviously desperate to start getting some bookings.

Just been looking at flights to Alps in Oct
Great deals and prob worth the risk.
Guess you wont get you cash back if it doesnt happen.?
Insurances are not paying out if you book now but would easy jet refund if it doesnt happen?

I have booked flights to canaries for next year. Added bike for 99p, thanks! My wife is also pleased because I have added an extra suitcase.

I only have one of the padded bag type of bike luggage, anyone flown successfully with one without damage?

I only ever used it for transporting bikes in cars before.

get a cardboard box from a shop if that's all you have.
