Yep.

Superior to Stan's rim strips IMO and I also like the valves.

So, pretty much full of win 🙂

Don't think they will, theyre quite a hard plastic and are shaped to fit the exact rim. You have to specify which rim when buying.

It will probably depend on the rim. I tried to get my road ones on a Novatec rim and it would go on with a bit of bodging but didn't work particularly well.
