Depends on the rubber.... but take a look at Black Witch and failling that 2 part inflatable boat glue (from a chandlers).

As above, Black Witch or Aquasure would be the most common, or there's a Bostic/other 2 part that's more faff and more expensive

Aquasure is pretty good. As above the 2 part stuff from a chandlers is the best. You might need to buy a big tin, though.
