Look out for me I'll be in a black Sreg VW t4 and on a camo coloured bergamont.

Might have had a haircut but if I don't I'm slighty overweight* with hair like HeMan.

I prefer the term stocky...

I'm not with the camping tbf dont see the risk

Campsites are open and Pmba went ahead.

Last time they had no showers and single shitcubicles so it's as safe as can be.

pedal hard, until you see the Rhododendron, brake then its a sharp left.. ;0)

@andybrad, yeah that stage is were the fitter, ride all year round riders still have the legs..

@scandal42 decided not to camp this year, drive up and back both days,
so weather wise, if its dry now i cant see the rain hampering the course that much.. I hope..

my local woods in west yorkshire are pretty dry.

I was up there today doing the Glorious Gravel Sportive, looked to be a good few riders out practicing. Rained nearly all day but not too heavily. It’s great to have events back on again!
Enjoy yourselves tomorrow!

Great to have events running again and felt very relaxed. My lad decided he was going to hit the finish ramp at race speed, camera out;

Boltby

50% chance of rain rather than yesterday's 100% so hoping for a good day.

Touch slippy at points today

Didn't bin it but either hit traffic or messed the stage up....

But hey I'm only there for fun.

I binned it on stage 2, lost the front on one of the (slick) chutes. Drier today than yesterday though! Got back and set off just before the storm hit. Rubbish times but an awesome weekend, as said its all about the fun for me too.

Personally I think stage 4-5 should be swapped round as the end of 4 would be an awesome finale with the sketchy drop/turn followed by the jumps.

Yeah I think that's a fair shout but I dont think it would lend its self to getting back to base so well!

I got caught out with the rain at the bottom of 4 which meant stage 5 was very different, but a good days racing.

Bloody good event, had a small crash on 2 went by going over the top of the rocky berm. Pretty happy with my mid pack placing.

The storm hit about 30s before we started 5, was like a river and got stuck in traffic but it made fun 😁
