I just fitted a set of Ohlins RFX M2 forks to my bike bit can’t seem to get my RRP Bolt on mudguard to fit. The bolt holes on the forks are not flush and protrude so it does not work.
Has anyone found a bolt on guard at fits the new Ohlins?

No. Had to fit a horrid crud catcher thing. Brace is tight to the wheel on mine.

Also works fine on my M2 forks with RRP bolt on. The guard is held off the main crown a couple mm by the protruding tapped holes but nice and firm still.
