Does anyone know which BETD hanger I need? I've ordered 296 which looks identical (Halfords advised this one, they weren't sure but thought it was) but it doesn't quite seem to fit. Anyone ordered a replacement for this bike before?
It was a 296 that i purchased for mine recently. Worked a treat. Like having a new bike again. I also got the mounting bolts for a couple of quid to go with it.
Interesting, is yours the Boardman Team FS 2016? Black and orange one? It seems almost right but doesn't quite sit in the frame, like the cut on the rear is stopping it sitting into the frame.
Yes mine is the black & orange one. I don't remember having any difficulty in fitting the new mech hanger though.

I’ve emailed BETD so I’ll see if they can point me in the right direction.
Finally got to the bottom of this with help from BETD (great customer service). Looks like the drop out had bent, managed to hammer it back into shape and get the hanger fitted. All sorted!
