hi,after a year on my anthem 27.5 ive come to the conclusion its not for me.i think i need something a bit burlier with a bit more travel.id love an orange five or similar but it would have to be a cheaper used one.i was thinking the pro might be a good buy as id love a brand new bike so i was wondering if there actually any good with scope for improvements.any help would be good ta.
They are a stonkingly good value for money bike and are excellent value for money. You will not be disappointed if you get one.
I'd ions you're aware but they can he had even cheaper with British cycling discount, and if you time it in one of their 10% off sales they have every other week typically.
Pretend you have a Toyota and get 15% off instead (albeit BC gives other benefits, including 10% off CRC and Evans once per month). 😉

I tested one for the website earlier this year. Not just a good bike for the money, a good bike full stop.
Budget for a dropper post and some slightly better tyres, and be prepared to fiddle around with the chainline (or just get a GX chainset) and you'll have many happy rides on it.
