Looking at purchasing a CX bike and liking the look of the boardman. Looking at the sizing chart they seem to come up a bit big. I currently ride a giant defy M/L, so would i be better on a medium or large in the boardman. I'm unable to sling my leg over one as i'm buying 2nd hand, unless anyone lives in the teesside area doesn't mind me trying for size?
I would say a medium. A medium Boardman has a 555mm TT, and a M/L Defy has a 560mm TT.

Thanks for the help guys, going to go with a medium also noticed the large comes with a 120mm stem aswell.
Whether this is just bollocks or not, but you are supposed to go a bit smaller on a CX bike for all the gnarcore offroading.
