Hi,
has any managed to go tubeless on one of these?
Mavic XM319 rims and Schwalbe Tyrago w/ Kevlar Guard

Rims will be fine with gorilla tape & valves, mine were.
The tyres on the other hand, I couldn't say

You might need to try the mavic specific rim tape

Those rims will be ok with tubeless rim tape/ gorilla tape etc.
Tyres may or may not work, are they wire bead? Might need a few layers of tape on the rim and persistence to get them to seal.
I find Kevlar bead tyres usually easier, or try tubeless specific tyres.
