our nearly six yr old Frank is gagging for a new bmx for his birthday.

been looking at the 16" ruption pulse (which fits him well) and am wondering what other bikes i should be considering - as far south of 200 quid as possible...

any advice appreciated.

Does Frank need a new bike ?

My lad has just gone onto a 20" wheeled bike and we have his old (but in good condition) Mongoose moto micro 16" surplus to requirements.

Pic below has huge knobbly tires on but it has some more tarmac friendly tyres on it at the moment , we also have all the frame/stem/bar pads. The rims have also been ground/roughed up to help with braking.

£60 posted or £50 collected? West Yorkshire area.

Little Fit above is a good bike at a good price.
Watch the weight of the Ruption some of the little hi ten framed bikes weigh a ton.

Ta fer the replies.

the little fit looks good....similar price to the pulse.

He hasn't had a "new" bike ever, so i am hoping to make this the first one.
