[Closed] Black bike, blue bars, what colour stem?

Love my new BFe, and love my new bars, although blue and black aren't that great together IMO. I'd like to try a shorter stem anyway, so my cunning plan is to try a bright coloured stem. Thinking of red.

What do you all think?

Same colour as the seat post. Bars should be the same as the forks. [shakes head and tuts]

I know , I know. Was in bike shop buying bars when I saw the blue ones. My eyes lit up and common sense went out the window. Still, it's done now.

Ah... Bars n forks then??

That'd explain why bars come in lots of colours and renthal don't do fat forks

It doesn't make it right though. Just because bars come in gopping orange or renthal beige, it doesn't mean you have to fit them.

Aye but everything just comes in black or white these days ...

I got slagged for suggesting a black seatpost and silver stem even tho my bars are blue and forks are black
