Sorry for the numpty question. Just trying to sort a front mech for my Prince Albert and not sure what to get. I'll be running 2x9 for now.
Will this do the trick or would I be better off with a dedicated 28.6mm?

I take it the rubber spacer to fit my 28.6 seat tube will come with it.

I` ve got an old HONE with spacers on mine,works fine on 2x9
