I'm in need of a drive side (silver) rear spacer for a Hope Pro 3 SP XC3 rear hub which is running a QR. The Hope part number is HUB433 but no longer stocked by Hope.

You may be in luck.  I converted one of those hubs to 142X12 and probably have the QR parts in the shed.  Are you sure it's HUB433 I think what I have would be HUB243.

Either way I will check in the shed later

According to the Exploded view I have the Pro 3 spacer is definitely a HUB433. Not sure if its the same as the Pro 4. Sits over a 17mm axle diameter

Yeah, I think the HUB243 I referred to is the whole kit made up of a HUB433 and a HUB116.  I'd be wary of assuming that Biketart part fits the Pro3.  I will let you know what I have/don't have as soon as I've had a rummage in the shed this evening
