I was wondering if any one could help me out. I've just recently moved to the area and I'm wondering if anyone could upload a recent GPX file of the route please??

If you are on Strava then find a recent activity of it and you can create a route from it. Then go to "Your Routes" and you can download a GPX from it. There's quite a few variations and everyone has their favourite.
Just type "Bingley Bash GPX" into Google and you'll get lots of hits with downloads.
I'm pretty sure that you can't upload GPX files to this site.
