got a skinny steel frame to do
got a couple of chunky alloy overbuilt ( 4x / fr) frames to do
got an in between med diameter bmx frame to do
bmx and steely need forks done too
sorry its all a bit too much for me...
What would you recommend from the link above?

None of them.
Do a search on here for the ex MOD 3M Heli-tape, guy on ebay sells it, better and cheaper than bike tart stuff.
