I know the early Capra and the Santa Cruz V10 use this shock.
Can anyone else name any recent bikes with this sizing or do you know of a website listing these?

If you're looking for cheap shocks on old frames 222x70 used to be a very common shock size on DH bikes from around 1999 to about a decade ago. Think the last bikes to still use that size were sessions and V10s. (most now use 3" or 3.5")
or are you looking to buy a new frame to use a 222x70mm shock you already have?

I got one in the garage that doesn't work and can't be fixed. And yes, it is on a bike that is 10+ years old (Demo 8). You can get new ones in that size, but I am not sure it would be worth it (for me).

I’ve recently acquired a brand new shock which I ‘d intended to fit to my Capra but I’m also considering a new bike so thought it might be worth considering what the shock might fit as it’s a top end model.
