@ta11pau1 - do you have a link to where you got those velohinges? Look like they might solve a problem here.

Thanks @ta11pau1 (belatedly) - I did google too but everywhere seemed out of stock alas...

@bajsyckel have a look at these. I use them and they are fine. Not quite as solid as the velohinge but they hold ok.

@trail_rat and @infidel,

What did you use to secure the rail into your wooden rafters. I think I could get 6x wood screws into 5x ceiling beams. Reckon this would be ok with 60kg of bikes plus the weight of the rail and rollers?

I used 6 X 4 inch wood screws then did some pull ups off it.

Hasn't fallen down yet
