Bumbling around the internet and amazed to find that the bikemagic website is still up and running. Used to go on there about 10 odd years ago. Interestingly the most recent review/article is from 2014.
Trying to work out why it's still up and running.
Forum seems to be kaput, I was intrigued to see what I might have been saying back then. I seem to recall that someone was going to find my house and stick a claymore mine on it. Nice guy!
if you click around, the site is still owned by an active company. I am guessing it costs nothing to leave it for now and they get a little revenue from ads.
Dirt is still online as well but hasn't been updated since March 2018.
Interestingly, one of the last news items was that they were looking for a staff writer. Guess they didn't find anyone.

I moved here from Bikemagic back in the day. I think I had 5000 posts or something. Many or possibly all using dial up. I think my articles have gone though
