I'm looking for a Shimano product that can't be sourced through Madison at moment. BikeINN have stock and I know they're based in Spain but the product is priced in GBP and I thought I (mis)remembered them having a UK warehouse. Anyone know if I need to keep my order(s) under £135 for customs reasons and incur the 3x £8 postage charge, or if I'm ok to lump it all together?
I have ordered from them before on a £110 order and all was plain sailing and arrived within a few days with no excess charges to pay but not sure if I just got lucky!
I've not tested it myself but their FAQs states:
For the United Kingdom, the price on our website will be the final cost to you. There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.
Might be worth using the web Chat to confirm 100% though...
Your ok with any amount through bikeinn as they are UK registered and you shouldn't get any additional charges.
It may take a few weeks to arrive though from experience
Thanks, I think I'll contact them via web chat as suggested but that's confirmed what I was thinking. Cheers.
What MonkeyboyJC said. Used them a fair bit.
Similar - back in November I needed a Sram brake hose, couldn't find anywhere else, so ordered from bikeinn with a few other useful bits. All arrived pretty quick, no extra charges.
i live outside the eu. on both occasions that i’ve used them i’ve not paid additional fees.
No charges, it’s not like buying from bike-discount etc. They have a registered company/warehouse in the UK I guess.
I’ve used them a lot, some great stuff at good prices. Delivery is reasonable, rather than ‘quick’.

Don't we all?? 😀
i've used them loads, as well as the other "inn" versions and found them all to be fine, dont expect super quick delivery, but costs are good and they seem to have bits that uk suppliers dont always have.
Just priced up a 11-51 cassette, pulley wheels and chain from bikeinn and bikester.co.uk is around 15p cheaper and free postage so I'd check first. Obviously if bikester doesn't have what you want it's a useless exercise but you haven't started what you need
In Aus and had stuff delivered no prob with price as per website nothing extra...as others said can be weeks for delivery and only ever used for stuff that is hard to get or hard to get discounted elsewhere...always turns up in the end
Which is still a better service than Evri as the stuff never turns up!
I've used BikeInn a few times and only ever paid what was charged at checkout, I think I've been lucky as everything I've ordered has arrived within 5 days.

Bikester don’t have what I need. But thanks anyway. Order has been placed with BikeINN now.

I must be one of the rare lucky ones as I’ve used Evri on at least 500 occasions to both buy and sell and never lost a parcel or had bad service. Sometimes it been a day late but I’ll forgive them that.
