Is there another site where I can view a GPX with OS mapping? bikehike won't load this GPX it may be too long.
Strava or Garmin connect?
With OS mapping...
Pro version of plotaroute.com
Hmm, £18/year. Could be worth it...
'Wheresthepath' works with OS maps, you just need to get in early before the free OS quota for the day expires*. After that the site defaults to OSM or copyright free old OS maps. Despite the limitations still one of the best route plotting and planning sites going.
*I think this is how it works.
Stumbled across this wonderful map viewer:

You can import / export gpx files into OS maps / OSM etc and view side-by-side. Lots of play potential.
That is a good one.
Bike hike is back up for now.
Thought this was a different thread about it being down!

I think I used this when I had large files. I thin I just re saved them and it stripped some info out. Didn't create a problem.
I was working with a 400+ mile route. The end solution was to split it into sections. Helped on the Garmin too as the 800 used to crash after a certain amount of time recording. About 20h.
