Any huge must see bike shops around here? I'm going to be staying at metrotown and downtown.

Differnt Bikes have a few shops across the city. Biggest is a new(ish) one over on the North Shore.
Cove Bikes in North Van is definitely a cool place to have a look round, great guys to chat to as well.
Get the ferry across to North Van and go to the Cove shop.

Look down the list for 'North Vancouver' & 'Vancouver' and check ratings.
Looks like Dunbar, Cove, 3ride & North Shore Bikes are the places to visit. I've been in John Henry which was ok, bit like a big Evans, Leisure Lakes or wheelebase type of shop.
