I bought some Mavic shoes from them in January and I've snapped the sole of one of them. I'm trying to get in touch with them regarding a warranty return but their website doesn't exist anymore and I've called repeated with nothing, not even an answer machine.
Are they still open?
If they're not, what do I do?
