Can anyone recommend a cheap & securish bike shed? Or even better have one for sale in the Leeds area.

Your problem is the word 'cheap' I suspect. Most bike specific sheds are very expensive.
One solution that I considered was getting hold of a second hand calor gas cannistor cage. They actually sell very cheaply but you always have to go and collect them.
Loads on ebay and you'll need to line it with something waterproof....
