Not a stealth ad as it’s already provisionally sold to a friend, but I’m struggling with an idea of its value.

2013 Cervelo R5 with 10 speed Sram Red (brand new rear mech), Hed Stinger 4 carbon tub wheels, Weighs 6.2kg.

Been ridden plenty but in fantastic condition. Chains, cassettes, chain rings, bearings etc all been regularly replaced. Frame pretty much unmarked.

New value knocking on the door of £7k, but what to ask for it now?

Thoughts please.

Have you checked for any comparable ebay sold items?

Otherwise just look at rough value for frame, wheels & groupset separately and add those together for full bike price?

In the region of £2K, but really depends on what your friend's prepared to pay.

Age old rule of 50% of new price -10% for each year of age.

So for you, £2k ish if that £7k starting price is accurate.

Cheers, that’s pretty much what I was thinking.
