You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Sure this has been done but the search isn't being helpful!
I watched the men's road race on Sunday afternoon once they got into the laps of Glasgow and found it made the turbo a more acceptable experience - obviously got sucked in as whenever an effort was put in I found myself attempting my own effort as well.
I don't have a smart turbo so wondering what YouTube channels I can use to watch similar format races to try and get a 1-hour turbo session done without noticing the time within the first 2 minutes - anyone got any favourites?
I also don't have a computer available to use and I'm not interested in doing anything via my phone. Turbo is purely there as a necessary evil, so minimal effort to make it a bit more bearable.
Thanks.
Not a race as such but I did the following and it was a distraction for an hour
There might be some old Cx races if you want to mimic some intervals?
I watch cx races - you just need to make a yt playlist. World champs races are a good place to start.
If you're just spinning the legs then you can watch the telly? A lot of people watch netflix shows or similar on the turbo, although I can't do that if there's any serious Wattage required.
Braw, thanks for the suggestions.

These are good, especially if you have a dumb turbo and need to change resistance yourself. Like being in a group ride
I used to just record whatever was on Eurosport and watch them while turbo-ing, worked really well for me too.
Seeing as I've cancelled zwift for budget reasons I tend to watch the 'ride along perspective' videos and enjoy them because I can look at the scenery. I just fix it as zone 2 for indoor turbo rides without zwift though because I'm generally on a 'rest' day anyway.

Classic Tour stage for grinding efforts, Galibier 2011, you are Thomas Voelker and you have to turn yourself inside out.
Can he really be Voeckler if there's no audience there to gurn for?
What you really want is 2018 giro, stage 19.
