Friend just packed up his bike only to discover a missing pad. Never been before so no idea how well stocked the shop is and nothing open in Bristol for hours.

If they don't you could try EC Cycles which is close by.

Went there last week, shop has very little stock, and anything they do have is for downhill bikes. Suggest you try somewhere else for any replacements.
