So clock is ticking until departure from work and i'm trying to sort the logistics of 3 months in europe out. The one i'm struggling with is insuring the bikes.

Home insurance is out as it's 30 days at a time (but is currently my last resort, coming back every month) and means i've got to reinsure my parents house to cover bikes which isn't ideal.

Car insurance is out because no one will cover more than £500.

Travel insurance is out no one will cover the value.

Specific bike insurance is out as no-one wants to cover more than 30 days.

Any ideas from the hive mind? It's mainy for theft from/in the car. In use cover including racing would be nice as it's what I have now, but more fussed on theft.

Thanks EVH, just spoke to them and that's exactly what I need. Bike insurance is bloody expensive! 😥 Has to be done though.
