As above, google gives many options, can anyone recommend someone from personal experience?
Failing that, what do I need to look for to reduce my search options?
I've got the basics set up and have been fine until recently but longer (100km+) road rides are throwing up issues.

Whereabouts in the South East? Had good session at my LBS near Maidstone to get me set up for Ride London, having been only mountain biking for the previous 30 years.
I went to C&N cycles Redhill and their bike fit service seemed very good. Obviously I can't compare to others but I feel happy with it.
There's a guy in Orpington area (Ben Wright - ben-e-fit on Facebook) who is incredibly thorough and comes very well recommended. However, there is usually quite a wait for his sessions.

For central London CycleFit https://www.cyclefit.co.uk/ have been doing this for donkey's years so you'd like to think they know what they're doing.

Ditto. Paul Smith is highly experienced in bike fitting.

Have you used them? They're not that far from me and I was pondering getting a fit to improve things on my current road bike and to lay some groundwork for a potential new one.
