Thinking of getting a bike fit done and cleat set up, on my xc race bike, has any one had one done and did they find them beneficial or not , before I start shell out some money. It take around two hours to do, using a jig and a laptop to get your best position.
Any advice would be welcome cheers..

I did one on my road bike and found it informative and worthwhile. I went to a Specialized concept store and had it done there. I can go back in a few weeks for a fine tune but 259 miles later I have no aches or pains so it was worth the £175 outlay.
Highly recommended.
