I'd Persevere with that, maybe look at getting a dropper and mount a bottle cage on it somewhere, the rear drop outs look interesting 😯

Get some beeswax on it and it'll double up as a winter hack, just watch your nuts on that saddle, looks like it might make the piles flare up a tad,
