Can anyone suggest a company that can collect the bike "loose", and then pack it themselves and then deliver?

Never heard of anyone offering that service. A bit niche.
Why not go to the LBS and get a cardboard box of them and pack it yourself. It's a 10 minute job. They normally have the plastic spacers for the forks and the rear dropouts as well. Always been happy to help when I have asked and I'm not even a regular.
