I'm looking for a bike case (hard or soft - and one that I don't need to totally strip the bike to fit!) big enough to fit any of the following;
- SantaCruz Tallboy XXL (with 120mm forks)
- Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Expert 29er XXL
- Specialized Stumpjumper HT Comp 29er XXL
I hear that these guys can custom size http://bikeboxalan.co.uk (but the combined weight of bike and box can get close to airline limits)

What are other folks using for protecting their big machines when shipping abroad?

my mate used it to bring back his jones from the states. check the dimensions, im sure he would let it go for a reasonable amount. plus its in my loft!
