Looking for recommendations for a good standard type cargo trailer, what's good, what to avoid etc, must be easy to hitch and unhitch from the bike. The Homcom and Aosom ones look good but nice to get some first hand user experience of something that works well. Won't be carrying too much weight, around 30kg max.
Hoping to keep it under £100.
I have a Carry Freedom trailer which is very robust, has a simple but effective hitching system, and because it is a simple platform, you can strap any sort of box or loose items to it. I've carried 3 bikes or 140 litres of shopping on it. It packs down in seconds, and you can hang out on the wall.
However, I just looked them up, and they seem to have had a bit of an eye watering price increase since I bought mine a few years ago, so well over your preferred budget, I'm afraid.
Nice, spendy but nice.
Another vote for a carry freedom here. So versatile and easy to hitch.
I've got a big folding box on mine for regular trips. That comes off for outsized stuff that can just be lashed on. If you want to customize, it's easy as it's just a ply deck that you can screw stuff to.
