I know there's been lots of threads about the lack of availability, but blimey, is ridiculous.

She's really enjoying riding (back roads around Daventry) and is regularly doing 20+ miles on a 20+yr old BSO.

She wants to upgrade so I suggested a flat bar hybrid would probably be what she's after. Something like this

I thought looked perfect. Top end of budget though, and like every other bike in the world, out of stock!!

Anyone got any recommendations or seen anything similar actually in stock.

I'd recommend second hand to her, but we live 200 miles apart and it's a minefield I don't really want to tackle at distance!!

If the HYB 8.6 had been in stock, I might have been tempted to get that myself for its lower stock weight, but instead I ordered a Voodoo Marasa last night and it should be ready to ride home tomorrow afternoon.

How tall is she?
Cycling inseam estimate?

https://www.halfords.com/bikes/mountain-bikes/carrera-fury-mens-mountain-bike-2020---red---s-m-l-frames-340550.html with British Cycling 10% is £540 and going on info that appears round me, she could have it ready to collect Sun 9th August.

16" https://www.halfords.com/bikes/hybrid-bikes/voodoo-marasa-womens-hybrid-bike---16in-18in-frames-445521.html is available to order and collect ready built on Monday 3rd.
